To connect to a dedicated IP server, you need to have an active subscription. A one-year subscription for a dedicated IP address costs $70 USD on top of your regular VPN subscription.
To pay for a dedicated IP address, you will have to create a new account and make a payment with a corresponding coupon code.
- First, go here.
- Press the Got coupon? link and apply the NordVPN coupon code norddedicatedip
- Select a plan and click Continue to Payment.
- Choose a payment method.
- Complete the rest of the fields with the required information.
Once your payment has been successfully processed, and you have two accounts (your main account and the one you used to pay for the dedicated IP address), contact our support team via live chat or here.
Please note: If you are connecting from a country with internet restrictions, the Dedicated IP address feature may fail to work as server accessibility from such regions is limited. In the email, provide us with details of both of your accounts (the account you used to pay for the dedicated IP address and your main account) and specify the country in which you want a dedicated IP. You can find the available countries here.
Note: Setting up a dedicated IP address takes 1-3 business days from the moment you inform us of the purchase, and we confirm that the purchase has been successful.
Please be aware that if you purchase a dedicated IP, your email will be linked to that IP address.
