Note: This tutorial will show you how to cancel a recurring subscription so that you are not charged automatically next time. But it will not show you how to get a refund for your payment. To receive a refund, please contact our customer support.
In order to cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription:
1. Head to NordAccount, log in, and open the 'Billing' section.
2. When in the 'Billing' section, open the 'Subscription' tab, and press on the three vertically stacked dots next to the 'Change Plan' button, and click Cancel auto-renewal.
